Leppard Forensic Reconstruction

Participated in the NTSB field investigations and public hearings of more than 30 airline accidents.  Involved in the investigation and reconstruction of over 100 accidents. Testified at trial 14 times.  (NY, NJ, MA, PA, NC, OH, MI, CA)  Testified in deposition 29 times. (all of the above except PA, plus ME, VA, MD, FL, IL, CO )  Testified in 2 arbitration hearings.  (CA, MN)  Also testified before the Greek Court of Appeals in Athens, Greece for a Swissair DC-8 accident.  Testified before a Congressional committee on aviation safety.
