Primarily a valuation expert on both proper concept use and in theory with application.  Used many times for Litigation support on valuation issues in loss assessing, tax matters, appraisal reviews and used many times for appraiser support and in rebuttal when required.  I serve on the faculty of several associations and a developer of courses for valuation and the presentation of same for Appraisal review, litigation support, valuations and concepts of value for Machinery and Equipment, Real estate and a specialty in aircraft.  Used in many case for auditing and making inventory of assets with and without valuations.   Used many times for  allocation of purchase price, methods of disposal on  close down, ad-valorem tax issues, loans primarily asset based, estates, partnership disputes or separation, bar code applications.  Most industries for manufacturing and services have been a part of the over 50 years of service.
