Leslie Seff — Matthew B. Management, Inc

Leslie Seff has run trading departments on Wall Street for almost 30 years, including the NASDAQ Trading Department at Fidelity Investments, a department which he was also the founder of.

Since 2002 he has provided consulting services to securities attorneys, brokerage firms and hedge funds, with respect to both trading and/or compliance issues. He was the only expert to provide pre trial verbal testimony on behalf of the dissident group of New York Stock Exchange seat holders during the disputed merger with Archipelago.

He had also provided pre trial expert services on behalf of Manny Friedman, the co-founder of Friedman Billings, the largest bank underwriter in the country.
