Dr. Linsey C. Willis has over 31 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Her services include management/employee selection processes, management tools design, training and development and expert witness services. She is the founder and president of L.J. CRAIG & Associates Inc. and has been a management and organizational consultant since 1997.
Some of Dr. Willis' areas of expertise include compensation (employment), employee testing, employment screening, employee hiring negligence, wrongful hiring, employee retention negligence, employee termination negligence, wrongful termination, human resources policies, human resource development and employee training, sexual harassment and sex discrimination, racial discrimination and harassment.
Dr. Willis has a Doctorate in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University, an M.A. in Forensic Studies from Indiana University and an M.P.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
Linsey is the author of Recent Research on the Performance Management Process, Three Case Study Applications and Recommendations in the 2007 Pfeiffer Annual Human Resource Management (editor, Robert C. Preziosi).
The Human Resources Certification Institute of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) certifies Linsey as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR).
Dr. Willis frequently speaks at national and international conferences on pertinent topics. She is a member of the Education and Training Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). She is also an active member of other professional associations including the IACP, National Association of Women Law Enforcement Executives (supporting member), Society of Human Resource Management, the Employment Management Association, and the Florida Speaker's Association.
