As an Educational Psychologist, I am able to do Psychological testing to determine if an individual has any cognitive/intellectual deficits.  I am also able to put together a social history to help with mitigation.  The social history includes: family history, educational history, medical history, and current issues.  These areas are then synthesized in an attempt to determine what the mitigating factors are that may have influenced the behavior of the individual.  I specialize in reviewing and interpreting school cumulative records, and psychological reports.  If any additional assessment is needed, I am able to do that as well.  I am considered an expert witness in both the civil and criminal court system.
