Mark is the Managing Director of KOIOS Consulting Group, LLC. He is primarily responsible for assisting companies, universities, and their counsel, with intellectual property matters including infringement damage analysis and testimony, valuation, royalty compliance audits, technology licensing, as well as other intellectual property management issues. Mark has performed engagements in a variety of industries including automotive, banking, software, consumer and industrial electronics, general manufacturing, medical device, optics, packaging, railroad, rubber, steel and telecommunications.   He has provided expert testimony in federal court, state court and arbitrations. Mark received a B.S. in Engineering from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. – Finance from the University of Chicago.
