Warren Burkholder CBI, CBA, ASA, ABAR, MAAF, CVA 

Prior to twenty years as a business broker and appraiser Warren spent over 25 years in industry.

He was President of the Cadbury North America division of Cadbury Schweppes, President of Curtis Candy Div. of Standard Bands. Has owned and operated his own confectionery company. He started his career with Procter Gamble after graduating from University of California at Berkeley in Chemical Engineering. As President of Merrimack Business Appraisers he is a principal appraisal activities of the company. He is education chair and past President of New England Business Brokers Assn., Lead Subject Matter Expert on Business Valuation for the International Business Brokers Association and course contributor to their business valuation education courses, Institute of Business Appraisers Chair of Qualification Review Committee. Past Governor of IBA Board of Governors. Vice-Chair of  Board Director of the International Business Brokers Association. 

He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser, ASA, in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers; a Master Certified Business Appraiser, MCBA, and Accredited in Business Appraisal Review, ABAR by the Institute of Business Appraisers; and a Certified Business Intermediary with the International Business Brokers Association. A fellow of the International Business Brokers Association. Master Analyst in Financial Forensics, MAFF by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst.
