I am a diesel engine expert and consult for several companies who manufacture diesel engines or components for diesel engines. I have testified over 20 times and wrote expert reports over 30 times. My expert witness consulting has been product liability cases regarding components used in diesel engines, engine fires, failure of emission control systems, engine failures due to vibration, engine failures due to oil coolers, marine engine aftercooler failures and other modes of failure. I have done patent infringement cases as well as engineering development contract disputes. I do work for both plaintiffs and defendents.
