MEDICAL LEGAL SERVICES

As  a general orthopedic surgeon, I treat many orthopedic issues including but not limited to; spine, hip, neck, shoulder, elbow, foot and knees. Therefore, I am able to give an opinion on multiple body parts. 

Independent Medical Examination:  I review all medical records and diagnostic studies to determine the cause, extent and medical treatment needed for work-related or other injuries.  I do a thorough history and examination of the client. I can give an opinion on; if the claimant has maximum medical improvement, causation and whether any permanent impairment remains. Also, I am able to estimate approximate future costs of orthopedic medical care. 

Medical Record Review:  I provide comprehensive review of medical records and diagnostic testing.  I advise on the medical scientific basis of claims and all issues as stated above for an independent medical examination but do not actually examine the claimant.

Expert Witness:  I am willing and able to do depositions and trail testimony.

My office staff and myself have successfully serviced the medical legal field for many years. We appreciate the necessity of timely submission of forms and reports.
