As principal of Coastline Realty Advisors, Bell Anderson & Sanders, and previously as Director with the Real Estate Damages Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, primary focus over the past 25+ years has been real estate damage economics, property value diminution and litigation support. Retained as an appraisal expert in hundreds of cases, qualified as an expert witness in multiple venues, and currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in California.

Joint author of Real Estate Damages: Applied Economics and Detrimental Conditions (2008), contributor to Applications in Litigation Valuation: A Pragmatist's Guide (2012), both published by the Appraisal Institute.
