Over 40 years experience in the appraisal and valuation of real property, encompassing a broad range of property types including single-family residential, condominiums, apartments, office, retail, industrial, special-purpose properties and vacant land; experience with easement valuation, leased fee and leasehold interests, market research, statistical modeling and appraisal review.

As principal of Coastline Realty Advisors, Bell Anderson & Sanders, and previously as Director with the Real Estate Damages Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, primary focus over the past 25+ years has been real estate damage economics, property value diminution and litigation support.  Retained as an appraisal expert in hundreds of cases, qualified as an expert witness in multiple venues, and currently licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in California.
