Patrick Chylinski is a principal and the West Region leader in the Litigation Consulting and Financial Forensics Practice at RSM US LLP. RSM is the 5th largest accounting and consulting firm in the United States with over 85 offices across the country. His practice focuses on assisting clients and counsel in the areas of business and commercial litigation matters, forensic and fraud investigations, and business valuations. He has extensive experience assessing and quantifying damages in a variety of matters including contract disputes, post-closing and post-acquisition disputes, real estate disputes, fee disputes, and partnership disputes. Mr. Chylinski also has experience in a variety of forensic analysis, fraud investigation, and business valuation matters, and has testified as an expert witness.
