Paul L White, CCIM, CPM, CSM, RPA

Paul L. White, CCIM CPM® CSM RPA is President of Paul L. White & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate consulting business, and the Managing Director of KW Commercial in Miami-Dade County heading up their commercial real estate brokerage. He provides training and expert consulting services to property owners, insurance companies and the legal profession. He is also a Sales Consultant for Bedford Strategies and Solutions coordinating Cost Segregation studies which provide the engineering services for performing cost segregation studies on commercial properties for the purpose of accelerating depreciation. He was President of The Allen Morris Commercial Real Estate Services Company in Miami, Florida for over twelve years. He joined Allen Morris in 1973. Paul has over 40 years of experience in the real estate field with responsibilities including property management, commercial brokerage, construction, marketing, development and accounting for such clients as Prudential, Travelers, Allstate, General Electric Capital Corporation, FDIC, foreign owners and over 30 receiverships. Paul was the 2010 Florida CCIM Chapter President and is the Treasurer of the IREM South Florida Chapter. He is also an IREM instructor and an adjunct instructor with the CCIM Institute. He chaired the IREM committee that wrote their course Insurance and Risk Management. He also teaches the IREM Courses Investment Real Estate: Financial Tools, and Investment Real Estate: Financing & Valuation. Paul is a graduate of Georgia Tech and holds four major real estate designations, CPM, Certified Property Manager; CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member; CSM, Certified Shopping Center Manager; and RPA, Real Property Administrator. He is currently serving as a Past President for the Florida CCIM Chapter and the Treasurer of the South Florida Chapter of IREM.
