Pegasus-Global Holdings Inc

Conducts management performance audits regarding megaproject constuction programs, prudence audits of the decision-making process for rate recovery, risk management assessments and GAPP analyses of specific projects and corporate-wide policies and procedures.  Assists legal counsel engaged in construction disputes as advisory relative to claim strategy, testing expert evidence and conducting mock arbitrations/witness training.  Serves on the board of the American Arbitration Association and is a member of its construction, large complex case and international center for dispute resolution (ICDR) panels.  Also serves as party appointed arbitrator in construction cases in ad-hoc situations.
