SUMMARY OVERVIEW
Christo Papachristou has over 36 years of experience in engineering, construction, and claims for high profile, major capital programs in the United States, South America, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Papachristou' project experience includes residential high-rise buildings, airports, rails, hospitals, horizontal housing developments, power plants, oil and gas, sewage treatment facilities, and schools. During the last four years, he has been involved with managing the design, construction, and closeout phases of large scale, high profile residential and commercial facilities in the United States and abroad.
He has been an active participant in all phase of a project life cycle from conceptual planning through to commissioning. He has held key roles on a wide variety of multi-disciplinary program, project, and construction and claims management teams. He also possesses strong abilities to assist in tender preparation and presentations to clients. Mr. Papachristou has had extensive experience in the evaluation and establishment of program and project management strategies, development of project procedures, controls, auditing, configuration and interface management, project risk management, contract administration claims development and evaluation, and the development of computerized executive information and decision support systems. Mr. Papachristou is fluent in Greek, French, English, and Arabic.
The last fourteen years he was involved, in the capacity of Claims Director as Expert witness and Sr, Forensic Delay analyst in several Arbitration / Adjudication cases in the Gulf Region and Europe.

I am the founder of Schema Management Group (SMG) a firm that provides Expert services in construction disputes. Claims Development / Evaluation, Forensic analysis, Project Controls management servicing the engineering and construction industry established in New York City in 1992 and in 2007 in the Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.
My involvement in Claims Management
Developed Claims prevention strategies and templates. Mitigation and avoidance of claims by establishing tools, and synergies between Planning and Contracting Departments.
Claims development both Technical Analyses implementing AACE- RP-29R or SCL protocols through retrospective and/or prospective approaches. Contemporaneous approach, by establishing Chronology. Contractual Bases and Compliance, Document Discovery, Liabilities of the Parties, and entitlement to Time and Cost, utilizing all contemporary principles and concepts.
Expert Witness services
My involvement as an Expert witness included the development of Expert Witness Reports, Rebuttal of Delay analysts Reports, Testimonials in hearings through cross-examination, amongst several other tasks which were required by the Legal Counselors. I participated in total in twelve construction disputes that required Forensic analysis reports with a total disputed value of over US$ 3 Billion. Forensic approach Edge
My edge in approaching the time disputes on construction projects relies on implementing successfully the AACE and SCL protocols throughout an exhaustive process as far as the Schedules are concerned, however thinking out of the Box implementing Performance and Productivity methods of analysis beyond the traditional Critical Path.
