Experienced hotel operations consultant with defense and plaintiff attorney- clients based on industry operations experience. Testimony in State and Federal courts with a nationwide practice along with prior cases in the Bahamas, Cartihagna, and Mexico.  Assists attorney-client to better understand the hotel industry and consider broader issues than what may be obvious. Routinely assist attorney-client with discovery demands and deposition preparation of relevant parties.

Colbert holds a Bachelors's Degree from the University of Denver School of Hotel & Restaurant Management and is currently certified as a Certified Hotel Administrator, along with the Certified Hotel Industry Analytics from the AHLA. Colbert currently holds a real estate license from California.
