I have over 40 years' security and workplace violence management experience, including serving as Director of Security and Crisis Management for Waste Management and Vice President of Pinkerton/Securitas. I have been board certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) since 1979 and as a Certified Security Consultant (CSC). I have recently served 10 hospitals following shooting incidents and bring those lessons learned to my work.

As a consultant I serve healthcare facilities, manufacturers, chemical plants, libraries and schools.

I have served as President of the International Security Management Association (ISMA), Vice President of the International Association of Professional Security Consulatants (IAPSC), and Reg. VP of ASIS International.
