I have worked in computer forensics and eDiscovery since 2004. I have worked for both plaintiffs and defendants on over 1,000 cases involving theft of intellectual property, wrongful termination, harassment, wrongful death, divorce, child custody and other disputes. I have testified as an expert in jury trials, arbitration, evidentiary hearings and depositions. I have consulted with counsel on preservation and litigation hold issues, written and responded to interrogatories and requests for production of documents and reviewed and written rebuttals to reports by opposing experts. I have preserved, analyzed and reported on evidence from Windows and Mac computer hard drives, external storage devices such as USB flash drives and hard drives, phones including iPhones and Android phones, server and internet-based email accounts, social media sites and other sources. I have developed and applied search criteria to identify responsive email and other documents and created and managed data repositories to assist counsel with document review and production.
