Offering over 50 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance business, with 36 years of experience in providing expert consultation and opinion to insurance related lawsuits.  Richard has worked as an underwriter, program manager, agent, broker, surplus lines broker, risk manager, claims agent.  He has provided 40 years of teaching and instruction to the industry including formal semester classes, seminars, workshops and in-house training to insurance companies, agents and brokers, claims agents, risk managers, regulatory personnel and other connected to the insurance industry.  He has testified many times in both Federal an State courts in many different states.
