Rob Kleeger's responsibilities include advising, engaging, managing, investigations and developing early stage complex technical digital forensic investigation services for law firms, all size corporations, corporate IT and/or security executives, human resource professionals, and other litigation support professionals.

Through his experience and advisement of the early case assessment (“ECA”) involves the proper identification, preservation, analysis, and interpretation of electronically stored information which may settle, provide leverage, and/or resolve the incident in a cost effective manner. His involvement has been managing hundreds of investigations in matters involving crimes facilitated by computers, such as Data Theft, Restricted Covenant, Non-Compete, Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, Theft of IP, Commercial Litigation, Embezzlement, Bankruptcy, Class Actions, Toxic Tort, SEC/Securities, matrimonial related matters, criminal, and many more which have been filed in both State and Federal courts.

Kleeger works with clients to develop strategies and implement cutting-edge technologies to manage cost related issues related to ESI (Electronically Stored Information). Kleeger and his team provide expert and technical consultation and advice on preservation letters, preservation orders, injunctive applications and any other pre-litigation and/or pre-trial processes requested by the client and its counsel. He has assisted corporations and their outside counsel confronted with the challenges, increased costs of navigating the complex and seemingly ever-changing world of eDiscovery, Digital Investigations, and Legal issues pertaining to ESI.

Kleeger regularly provides non-technical lectures to law firms and litigation attorneys and their staff through “lunch learns”. Notably, Mr. Kleeger was selected to participate on an e-Discovery "Virtual Advisory Board" for The Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS). He is a faculty member of Lawline.com, a former faculty member of the NJ Superior Court Judicial College of the Administrative Office, a panelist at Rutgers–Newark Law School symposium on "E-Discovery and Its Impact on Corporate Governance and Litigation", presented on behalf of Half Moon CLE Seminars E-Discovery: Is Your Business Ready To Navigate Through The Minefield?, The Garden State Council SHRM Annual Conference Expo“ HR on Trial”, New Jersey Defense Association “Strategies to Protect Employers from Claims Arising from Computer Misuse and Abuse and the Use of Digital Forensics as a Discovery Tool“, 2008 Spring Conference for ITA (Information Technology Alliance), featured on WNBC/NBC 4 News Channel, and many other conferences and seminars around the Metro area and nationally. In addition, he is an author and co-author of several articles relating to ESI and e-discovery practices.
