My background includes more than 40 years of training and "hands on" experience evaluating, developing, and managing security and crime prevention programs. For 25 of those years I served as both a private sector security professional and a public sector Peace Officer.

I have qualified and testified as a security expert in United States District Court and various California, Nevada, and South Dakota State Courts.
