Robert Fagan — Golf Expert

I provide timely services to attorney and insurance clients in North America with regard to risk management, consulting, or expert witness services related to golf litigation.

Experience as a PGA Section Executive Director; a teaching, playing, and club professional; a golf critic and operations consultant; a golf writer, of more than 300 articles, an industry leader and spokesperson, and the world's most prolific golf course rater having played more than 2,300 golf courses, together with an MBA with Honors in addition to more than 50 successful Golf Expert Witness engagements since 1993 form the basis of my offering. From 1991-1998, I served as the "go-to person" for golf in Northern California and Western Nevada as Executive Director for the Northern California PGA.

Since that time, I have focused my golf energies on consulting, site inspections, and writing about varied aspects of the business and game of golf.
