The company was founded in 1991 to provide its Clients with a broad range of technical and executive professional services centered upon the physical investigation, operational evaluation, acquisition, financing, marketing, public agency approval, design, construction, repair, rehabilitation and maintenance of valuable real property assets.

In addition to its work upon new developments and acquisitions, SRA is often retained to investigate alleged design errors and omissions, document construction defects, estimate repair costs and consequential damages, calculate project delay claims, resolve contract closeout disputes, opine upon other construction-related matters in dispute, and to render invaluable consulting and testifying expert witness services to property developers & owners, attorneys, insurers, arbitrators and the Court.
