Sattler Consultants is a firm that works in the field of Nondestructive Testing.  We provide Level III Services in NDT to a variety of industries, agencies and government entities.  Clients served include those in power generation for both nuclear and fossil fuels, chemical and petroleum, manufacturing, rail car manufacturing, bridge and building construction, automotive and a variety of inspection companies.  Projects have been performed to develop inspection techniques for unique welds, thickness measurement, thin ceramics, railcar wheels, refrigeration systems and several military applications.  Extensive experience has been acquired in applying ultrasonic and other inspection techniques to welds, castings, railcar wheels and other products.

We supply Level III services to develop inspection procedures to AWS, ASME, API and various military standards.  Our personnel will develop written practices and/or procedures to train and qualify personnel to these diverse certification requirements.  Personnel are trained in the different NDT methods and your procedures and then qualified to your written practice or qualification and certification procedure.  Many training courses have been conducted in plant.  Personnel have presented NDT training courses and seminars internationally including the countries of Bahrain, Canada, Chile, China, Korea, Mexico, Norway and Saudi Arabia.  Employees have provided NDT (NDE) portions of training courses at the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and instructors for ASNT Level III Courses for over 15 years.

We have had active membership on ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Committees dealing with nondestructive examination for over 30 years as well as membership on various ASNT Committees.
