Being involved with web application of all sorts since 1993 allows for a broad and deep reach in a very narrow genre of technology in a multitude of environments. Having worked with systems and technologies based on unix, linux, Microsoft and cross platform leveraging in house, community and commercially developed ancillaries. Being an independent consultant on most projects where he finds himself leading or following with the same group of people has conditioned Stacy to be assertive without being aggressive. Often times Stacy is dropped into a failing project and expected to fix it, a necessary skill is to get in and look at the code and discover who wrote what when simply by looking at the code. This skill has proven fruitful time and time again in discovering morphing requirements of a project over time. Some people remember what was going on in their life by what their kids were doing; Technology is such a large part of Stacy's life and interest he ties his life together by recalling what technology came out when.
Having such a vast experience Stacy has been invited to author three books and speak nationally and internationally on countless occasions. Being such a strong community member Microsoft has awarded him the MVP award twice for his contributions to the community.
