Mr. Murow has been retained over 300 times, participated in 38 trials, given 68 depositions, and made approximately 100+ mediation presentations.
He served as President of the Orange County Chapter of the Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) from 2011 to 2014 and again from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, he was the Past National President of the FEWA National Board of Directors in 2014. Mr. Murow has also held the position of President of the American Society of Professional Estimators – Chapter 3 and served as a Board Member of the Goals for Life Foundation. His affiliations include the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), the Building Industry Association (BIA), the Southern California Contractors Association (SCCA), the Engineering Contractors Association (ECA), the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), the Common Ground Alliance (CGA), and the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).
Mr. Murow completed a six-year term on the Board of Directors at the Arizona State University Parents Association and served for eighteen years on the Board of the Merage Jewish Community Center of Orange County. He is an Advisory Council Member for the Construction and Technology Department at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa. Mr. Murow has been a guest lecturer and presenter at Orange Coast College, ASPE seminars, and Pardee Homes events. He has authored several articles on bidding, contracting, and prevailing wage compliance.
Mr. Murow holds a California General Engineering Contractors License (A-659969) and is currently engaged in the CPE cycle with the American Society of Professional Estimators. He earned a Business Management Degree in 2016 and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership in 2021 from the University of Redlands.
