I am the co-author The Thesaurus of Patent Claim Construction from Oxford University Press and Lexis/Nexis, a guide for attorneys and courts in interpreting and assessing the meaning of patent claim terminology.

For six years he was a Non-Resident Fellow at the Stanford Law School Center for Internet and Society.
