Dr. Thomas Kupiec is the Managing Member of The Kupiec Group LLC and the CEO of ARL Bio Pharma, Inc. and DNA Solutions, Inc. Dr. Kupiec provides consultation and expert witness testimony in the fields of forensic toxicology and pharmaceutical sciences including litigation, patent infringement, and medication errors. He has testified in over 100 cases in state and federal courts involving both civil and criminal issues, for prosecution as well as defense. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center College of Pharmacy. He currently serves on the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology (OCAST) Board of Directors, the National Safety Council Alcohol, Drugs and Impairment Division Board, and Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory. He has served on The Foundation Board of Trustees at the University of Central Oklahoma, as a graduate faculty member at the OU Health Sciences Center, and has held teaching appointments at several universities. He has published numerous articles and abstracts in a variety of fields including toxicology, pharmaceutical sciences, forensic sciences, and pharmacogenomics.
