My first case was in 1984 against Kaiser Permanente. I regularly testify on Negligent Hiring based on faulty background checks, FCRA Compliance, as well as Negligent Retention, Supervision & Training;  HR Dept Screening Policy Discrepancies with specific experience in Franchisor Policy Discrepancies including Policy Auditing and Enforcement and Franchisee Failure to Follow Franchisor Policies and with a more recent emphasis on Bad Drivers, be they Truckers, Pizza Delivery Drivers, etc. and a deep long term emphasis on Child Sexual Abuse, Sexual Abuse by Coaches, Nurses, Child Care Providers, Security Guards or people in positions of authority in Volunteer, Medical, Day Care, Elder Care organizations, Corporations, Schools and  cases involving Murder.
