Mr. Bowler provides litigation support for plaintiff and defendant attorneys throughout the United States  Mr. Bowler taught elementary physical education for 33 years in Connecticut. He also has experience teaching at the college level as an adjunct lecturer. Mr. Bowler will provide fee based lectures for physical education departments in the area of risk management. Mr. Bowler will review a case, provide a complete inspection of the litigation incident site, provide a written report [if so requested], and provide testimony. Fees available upon request.
