For 30+ years I was the Managing Partner of one of the nation's most recognized brand identity strategy and design consultancies, Wallace Church, Inc. with expertise in all consumer product and B to B categories. Clients include Procter Gamble, Coca-Cola, Nestle, Target, Dell, 3M, Unilever, Pfizer, Bacardi, L'Oreal, The Home Depot, Callaway Golf and more than 100 national and global corporations.
Complementing my brand identity consultancy work, I have served as an expert witness on more than 75 important trademark/copyright cases involving likelihood of confusion, genericness, brand dilution/damages and all other relevant branding issues. I have been deposed on almost all of these cases and testified in court and arbitrations numerous times.
I have commissioned and analyzed literally hundreds consumer surveys across all brand categories. As a result I have unique insight and credibility on determining consumer brand perceptions and all other Lanham Act issues. To my best knowledge, all my reports and surveys have been accepted by the courts with no successful Daubert challenges.
