I am a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the State of California and possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. I am also a Board-Certified Diplomate in Forensic Engineering (DFE) under the requisites accredited by the Council on Engineering & Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB). I am also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), the National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE), the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES), and the American Society of Testing and Materials. Additionally, I am a corporate member of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the National Safety Council (NSC). I have been a Forensic Expert since 2004 and have extensive technical and practical experience in conducting safety investigations and analysis of premises. I have personally conducted investigations and analyzed more than 4,000 accident cases in the past 20 years. I have personally qualified as an expert in safety engineering on numerous occasions in Courts within the United States.
