Consulted, appraised, and testified for the U.S. Justice Department in conservation easement, pension loan portfolios, and fraud cases. Assisted attorneys in evaluation of cases concerning real estate value, highest and best use, review of opposing appraisers work product, transcripts, and related matters. Prepared studies and testified to real estate impact of waste disposal facilities, quarries, commercial development, and similar uses on the market value of residential and other proximate properties.

Currently accepts assignments on limited basis but willing to discuss various  real estate litigation matters with potential clients to determine if he will accept a particular assignment of interest and challenge. Will accept such assignments in other states as well.
