Dr. Shahram “Shawn” Solhpour, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder and knee disorders, sports medicine injuries, cartilage restoration, joint preservation, arthroscopy, trauma care, and total or partial joint replacement surgery. He completed his orthopedic training through the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program and advanced fellowships in sports medicine, shoulder surgery, and biologic arthroplasty.
Dr. Solhpour has more than 20 years of experience providing comprehensive orthopedic care and performs approximately 400–500 surgeries annually. His expertise includes minimally invasive procedures, cartilage transplantation, ACL/PCL reconstruction, patellofemoral disorders, osteotomies, and computer-assisted knee replacement surgery. In addition to clinical practice, he has extensive experience in medico-legal evaluations, research, teaching, and hospital leadership.
